Items must be in new condition, with their original tags and in their original packages, and with no signs of use. We will refund/credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

All custom jewelry is non-refundable but if you are not happy for any reason, please contact us and we will see what we can do.

Return shipping and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer with the exception of damaged items in which we will pay the return shipping costs.
